Turning

Each submarine has a turning rate, which is modified according to the submarine's speed. The turning circles each have a number, a submarine may not use a turning circle smaller than its turning rate.

Submarines may "jink", considering they do not exceed their move, however submarines are limited in the number of turns they can make in one game turn according to their size.

Small

three turns

Attack
